Qualifications for the Medical Technologist/Technician Role:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field, or Associate's degree in MLT.
• Certification: ASCP or AMT certification as a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) preferred, but not mandatory.
• Experience: Clinical lab experience is beneficial, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skills: Proficiency in laboratory techniques, methodologies, and the operation of lab equipment.
