Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field (for MT).
• Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (for MLT).
• ASCP or equivalent certification required.
• Clinical laboratory experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of laboratory tests to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results through strict quality control procedures.
• Analyze specimens, interpret results, and report findings to healthcare providers.
• Maintained and calibrated laboratory instruments and troubleshot equipment issues.
• Follow all safety regulations and laboratory protocols to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent patient care.
