Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' medical histories and physical conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to promote healing and recovery.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and home care techniques.
- Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Requirements:
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid WI state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Proven experience as a Physical Therapist; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
