Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' medical histories and physical conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to promote healing and recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and home care techniques.
• Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care effectively.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid WI state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Proven experience as a Physical Therapist; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
