Radiologic Technologist - Full Time

*ARRT certified or eligible required

*Evening Shift - 40 hours per week available

*Weekend Shift for XR/CT Tech available - full time with increased pay for weekends!

 

MLR is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join a community hospital full time near Wisconsin Dells! This is an incredible team of talented and caring professionals, who are also offering an opportunity to cross-train into CT!

 

Radiologic Technologist Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine radiographic exams (X-rays) on patients, following established protocols.
  • Assist in the accurate positioning of patients and equipment for optimal imaging results.
  • Ensure patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality during procedures.
  • After cross-training, perform CT scans and become proficient in operating CT equipment.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care and diagnostic accuracy.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment, ensuring proper functionality and cleanliness.
  • Adhere to safety and regulatory standards for all imaging procedures.
  • Document and record imaging results and patient information in the healthcare system.

Radiologic Technologist Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or higher in Radiologic Technology.
  • ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in Radiology or eligible to sit for exam
  • New Grads Welcome!
  • CT Certification through ARRT within 2 years of hire
  • Passion for learning and professional growth, with a strong interest in cross-training into CT.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
