Respiratory Therapist - Fulltime

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct diagnostic tests, including pulmonary function tests and arterial blood gas analyses
• Administer respiratory therapies such as oxygen therapy, nebulizer treatments, and mechanical ventilation
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients and families on respiratory health management
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in Wisconsin
• Certification by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
