We have been engaged by a community-based healthcare provider to recruit a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join their growing team.
If you are a new or experienced physical therapist, who is driven to provide quality services, this position is for you!

Position Summary:
  • Works under the general supervision of the Director of Rehabilitation Services.
  • Evaluates, plans, and executes patient's treatment program.
  • Diagnose movement dysfunction by listening to patients and observing them as they move about.
  • Coordinates with the team, patient, and family to develop a goal-directed program.
  • Must maintain accurate records of services provided.
  • Responsible for following departmental procedures, maintaining professional standards, and seeking professional growth.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Compassion and empathy for patients who are often in pain.
  • Attention to detail regarding a patient’s problems to analyze what they need to ease their pain and to prevent further injury.
  • Physical stamina to lift patients and spend long hours standing and modeling exercises.
  • Interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with patients and motivate them.
  • Communication skills to interact clearly with doctors and family members as well as patients.

Education and Experience:
  • DPT or Equivalent
  • Preferred: Previous experience in Physical Therapy.

Licenses and Certifications:
  • Current PT license to practice in Wisconsin
