Your Responsibilities

* Reach out to potential candidates to discuss MLR opportunities and assess interest
 

* Facilitate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth assessments
 

* Follow up with leads to sustain enthusiasm and aid the hiring process
 

* Keep thorough and current records in our applicant tracking system
 

* Earn commissions based on successful meetings set, interviews held, and hires resulting from your leads
