Capture the Details That Matter in a Place That Balances Nature, Culture, and Care
If you're an ARRT-certified CT Technologist who values accuracy, empathy, and being part of a team that takes pride in doing things the right way, this role might just be your perfect fit. Whether you're stepping into the field as a recent grad or bringing years of experience to the table, you'll find a welcoming team here — one that values your eye for detail, your patient-first mindset, and your role in delivering answers that drive better care. You won’t just be pushing buttons and printing images. You’ll be guiding patients through critical moments, contributing to swift diagnoses, and helping care teams do their best work.
From day one, you'll be supported by a collaborative imaging department where quality, safety, and compassion all carry equal weight. You'll be working with advanced imaging equipment in a space that’s well-organized, well-run, and well-aware of how much your role matters — because here, great healthcare starts with great imaging.
What Your Days Will Look Like
In this full-time role, you'll perform CT scans according to physician orders and established protocols, ensuring images are both high-quality and timely. You'll thoughtfully position patients, adjust scanning parameters to get the clearest results, and maintain a calm, confident presence throughout the process. Your attention to detail will extend from the scan room to the records, where you'll document procedures clearly and maintain imaging logs that support accuracy and accountability. And you'll never be on your own — you'll collaborate with radiologists and clinical teams who trust your expertise and value your input.
Why This Team — and This Town — Just Work
You’ll join a team that balances professionalism with kindness, where techs support one another and leadership actively invests in your growth. From flexible schedules and development opportunities to a culture built on mutual respect, this is the kind of place where people stay because they’re seen and supported. Whether you're looking to earn a new credential, mentor new grads, or grow into a lead role, you'll find the encouragement — and the tools — to make it happen.
And when you step outside the clinic, you’ll be surrounded by something rare: a place where the energy of a city blends with the ease of lakeside trails and four-season charm. This region is known for its mix of government, academia, and grassroots creativity — not to mention a food culture that leans proudly farm-to-table and a lifestyle that encourages biking to work just as much as paddling after. It’s scenic, spirited, and a genuinely great place to live and work.
What We're Looking For
To step into this role, you'll need ARRT (CT) certification and credentials to practice in Wisconsin. An Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology is required, and if you’re a recent graduate, we welcome your enthusiasm and fresh perspective. What matters most is that you bring a steady hand, a sharp mind, and a warm approach to every scan and every patient.
Let’s Make Every Image Count — Together
If you're ready to join a team that values both the precision of your work and the heart you bring to it, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today and bring your talent, your compassion, and your ambition to a place that feels like it was made for professionals like you.
