Job Summary:


As a Radiology Technologist at [Your Clinic/Hospital Name], you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-rays and fluoroscopy to help our medical team diagnose and treat patients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic X-ray and fluoroscopy imaging procedures according to physician orders.
  • Position patients accurately for imaging and ensure comfort during procedures.
  • Maintain a high standard of image quality for diagnostic purposes.
  • Follow radiation safety protocols and adhere to safety guidelines to minimize exposure.
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring its proper function.
  • Record patient data and imaging results accurately, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to discuss findings and assist with diagnoses.
  • Provide exceptional patient care, maintaining professionalism and compassion at all times.
  • Adhere to all HIPAA privacy regulations and hospital policies.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or higher in Radiologic Technology.
  • Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or eligible for certification.
  • Valid state licensure in Wisconsin (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Experience in general radiology preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations.
