Fundamental Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed patient assessments
- Diagnose a wide range of conditions accurately
- Supervise and mentor Physical Therapist Assistants and trainees
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Ensure exceptional care in outpatient and acute rehab settings
Qualifications:
- Active Physical Therapist license in Wisconsin or willingness to obtain one
- Completion of a Doctor of Physical Therapy program
- Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Exam
