Position Overview: We are currently seeking a full-time Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and demonstrate a passion for delivering high-quality healthcare services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of improving patient outcomes through precise laboratory testing.

Responsibilities:
- Perform various laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently
- Analyze specimens using state-of-the-art equipment and technology
- Maintain strict adherence to laboratory protocols and quality control standards
- Document and report test results accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and optimal patient care
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field (for Medical Technologist)
- Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field (for Medical Laboratory Technician)
- Current certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in a clinical laboratory setting preferred
