MRI Technologist

MLR is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our advanced diagnostic imaging team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality MRI procedures, ensuring patient safety, and delivering superior patient care. As part of our dynamic team, you’ll collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional diagnostic imaging services to our community.
MRI Technologist Responsibilities:
- Perform magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans for diagnostic purposes.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of patients throughout the MRI process.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to evaluate imaging results.
- Maintain and operate MRI equipment in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Follow radiation safety regulations and protocols to minimize exposure.
- Keep accurate patient records, input imaging data, and maintain confidentiality.
- Assist in quality assurance processes to ensure imaging accuracy and equipment maintenance.

MRI Technologist Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
- Current ARRT (MRI) certification.
- Valid state license as a Radiologic Technologist (if required).
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in MRI (new graduates are also encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPR certification required.
