Role Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Deliver physical therapy services to patients across nursing home, outpatient, and hospital inpatient settings.
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (PT).
- CPR certification and BLS preferred.
- Work collaboratively with in-house providers to ensure optimal patient care.
- Manage a manageable caseload of approximately 8 patients each day.
- Possess basic computer skills and proficiency in typing.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication abilities.
