Clinical Physical Therapist

We seek a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. This role offers an opportunity to impact patients' lives meaningfully while enjoying the tight-knit, community-focused atmosphere of a rural healthcare setting.

 

About the Role:

As a Clinical Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality therapy services in outpatient and inpatient settings. You will work closely with a collaborative healthcare team to develop individualized treatment plans and help patients regain mobility, function, and independence. A reasonable caseload of approximately eight patients daily ensures you can focus on quality care.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients, focusing on restoring movement, function, and pain management.
  • Provide physical therapy services across multiple care settings, including hospital inpatient, outpatient clinics, and skilled nursing facilities.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans using electronic medical records.
  • Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques and at-home exercises.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (PT) from an accredited program.
  • Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist license.
  • CPR and BLS certification preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and patient engagement skills.
