We have been engaged by several of our clients in the region to recruit Physical Therapists to join their dynamic teams. We have outpatient and acute care roles available.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate patient conditions to determine appropriate treatment plans and interventions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to meet individual patient needs and goals
  • Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and therapeutic modalities
  • Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques and home care programs

Requirements:

  • A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
  • A current Washington state license or eligibility to obtain one
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems
