CVOR Surgery Technologist - Sign-on Offered!
Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus with Two-Year Commitment.
Role: Join our OR team as a crucial member, handling the scrub position during surgeries. Ensure a safe, sterile environment in line with AORN Standards and hospital policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to patients, visitors, and staff, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Support co-workers proactively and display a caring, patient demeanor.
- Communicate effectively across departments, fostering hospital goals.
- Serve as a mentor, encouraging professional growth among Surgical Technologists and Central Processing technicians.
- Master various surgical procedures, equipment, and instruments, maintaining a clean and safe work area.
- Adhere to legal and professional standards, seeking guidance when necessary.
- Manage surgical instruments and maintain sterile conditions.
- Participate in training new staff and contribute to team learning.
- Address emergency situations with precision and professionalism.

Position Requirements:
- COVID-19 vaccination required, except for approved exemptions.
- Graduate from an accredited Surgical Technology program.
- Current Washington State Surgical Technologist registration.
- Obtain National Certification within one year; maintain certification.
- CVOR experience preferred.
- LPN candidates with scrub experience considered.
- CPR certification required, with annual recertification.
- Basic computer skills necessary.
