To be successful, you’ll need an active OTR/L license and NBCOT certification, as well as the ability to adapt, communicate clearly, and bring empathy to each session. Clinical or rehabilitation experience is a plus, but if you’re a new grad who’s eager to grow and serve, we’re excited to invest in your future.
