Nursing in the Evergreen Edge: Where the River Meets the Role You Were Made For
There’s a place tucked in the Pacific Northwest where mornings start with mist over the water and end with mountain silhouettes fading into twilight. Where tall evergreens whisper above winding trails, and local cafés buzz with neighbors who still say hello. In this corner of Washington, surrounded by nature’s quiet strength and a deep sense of community, we’re looking for a Registered Nurse who’s ready for more than just a job.
We’re looking for someone who wants to root their work in purpose, to connect with patients on a human level, and to feel the impact of their presence—day in and day out.
What You'll Do — and Why It Will Matter
As a Registered Nurse, your role will be foundational to the care we provide. You won’t just manage charts or administer medications—you’ll help people find their footing in moments of fear, illness, or uncertainty. Whether you're supporting patients in recovery, assisting with acute care, or helping someone manage a chronic condition, you’ll do it with skill, grace, and compassion.
You’ll assess and respond, educate and advocate, all while collaborating with a team that values your insight and trusts your expertise. And because this isn’t a massive system, your voice won’t be lost in the noise—it will shape care plans, influence patient outcomes, and help move us forward together.
Here, the work is real. It’s relational. It’s the kind of care that stays with people long after they leave your floor.
A Team That Feels More Like Community
The people you work with will matter just as much as the patients you serve. From the first day, you’ll feel what makes this team different. There’s no room for ego—only collaboration, accountability, and shared purpose. Whether you’re brand-new to the field or decades in, your experience will be respected, your knowledge trusted, and your growth encouraged.
We don’t just cover for each other—we show up for each other. We round together. We laugh during slow moments and lift each other during the tough ones. And we know that the best healthcare isn’t delivered alone—it’s built together, shift by shift, with kindness and consistency.
Life on the Forest-Framed Riverfront
Just outside your shift, the world here invites you to breathe deep. This is a place where rivers roll gently beside scenic trails and where views of snow-dusted mountains are just part of the daily backdrop. You can finish a shift and be on a paddleboard, a bike path, or a brewery patio in under 20 minutes.
The lifestyle blends urban convenience with small-town ease—where vibrant downtown streets are lined with bookstores, brunch spots, and live music venues, but traffic still feels manageable and the air smells like fir trees after rain.
You’re a short drive from Portland, but far enough to enjoy quieter mornings, better parking, and a genuine sense of community that people move here for. Here, you can build a life that feels grounded—one that makes space for both purpose and peace.
Who You Are
You’re a Registered Nurse with a current Washington license—or are on your way to getting one. Maybe your background is in med-surg, outpatient care, telemetry, or somewhere in between. What matters most is your presence: you bring thoughtfulness, agility, and a genuine commitment to putting patients first.
You’re certified in BLS, and if you hold ACLS, PALS, or specialty credentials, even better. Whether you're an experienced RN seeking a more balanced pace or a new graduate searching for a supportive launchpad, you bring the same thing we do—a belief that care is both science and soul.
You’re someone who finds fulfillment in the small things: listening closely, responding clearly, and advocating fiercely when it counts.
Support That Matches Your Impact
We recognize how much nurses give—and we make sure you’re taken care of, too. That means a competitive salary, comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, and generous PTO that lets you fully step away and recharge when needed.
You’ll also benefit from a 401(k) with employer match, tuition assistance, and access to ongoing clinical training and development opportunities. Whether you’re interested in pursuing certifications, growing into leadership, or becoming an even stronger bedside nurse, we’re here to invest in your journey.
Let’s Build Something Meaningful — Together
If you’ve been looking for something more—a slower morning commute, a deeper sense of purpose, a team that really feels like one—this might be the sign you’ve been waiting for.
Apply today to join a team where your work will be valued, your patients will remember you, and your life outside the hospital will finally feel just as full as your role within it.
