Small-Town Care, Big-Time Heart: Work as an Occupational Therapist in Valley, WA
If you’ve ever dreamed of practicing your craft somewhere peaceful, grounded, and surrounded by natural beauty—this might be your place. Nestled near the banks of the Columbia River and surrounded by forests that stretch into the horizon, Valley is the kind of small town where people still wave to each other in the grocery store, and neighbors show up when it counts.
And we’re looking for someone like you—an Occupational Therapist with a deep sense of purpose, compassion, and curiosity—ready to make a difference in a tight-knit community where healthcare is personal.
This isn’t just a job where you clock in and out. This is work that matters. You’ll be helping patients regain function and confidence after injuries, surgeries, or major life changes. You’ll be working with kids who want to keep up on the playground, and adults who want to stay independent in their homes. Your care plans, your creativity, and your compassion will shape someone’s tomorrow.
To step into this role, you’ll need a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program, and an active Washington OT license (or the ability to get one). We’re open to both experienced OTs and new graduates who are passionate about rural healthcare and interested in learning every day. What matters most is that you bring empathy, clinical know-how, and a team-first mindset.
You’ll be part of a close, collaborative team that truly leans on each other. This is the kind of environment where ideas are shared, growth is encouraged, and your input is valued. We offer competitive compensation, strong benefits, generous paid time off, and opportunities for professional development that let you keep growing in your career while doing meaningful, day-to-day work.
And after hours? Life slows down in all the right ways. Take a walk by the lake, explore the hiking trails nearby, or enjoy a slow weekend morning sipping coffee as the fog lifts over the treetops. In Valley, you’ll find a lifestyle that gives you the time and space to enjoy the little things.
If you’ve been waiting for a sign to take your next step in a place that feels like home—this is it.
Let’s build something special, together.
