Manager for Therapy Services
Located Near Olympia, WA

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Two years of supervisory experience.
- Four years of professional-level experience; inpatient and outpatient experience preferred.
- Business/program development experience preferred.
Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration:
- Current and unrestricted WA State PT or OT License.
- BLS Certification required within 3 months of hire.
Responsibilities:
- Manage therapy and fitness services, ensuring quality patient-centered care and efficient operations.
- Identify needs and opportunities for therapy and fitness programming to support the District’s mission and vision.
- Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing assessment of clinical services and programs.
- Optimize the use of therapy and gym space for patient care and fitness services.
- Actively promote therapy & Fitness Services through marketing plans and materials.
- Develop comprehensive business plans, forecasts, and models.
- Engage with internal and external partners to advance the SPMC mission and vision.
