Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of diagnostic ultrasound procedures, including abdominal, pelvic, obstetrical, and vascular exams, according to established protocols and standards of care.
  Explain procedures to patients, ensure patient comfort and safety, and answer any questions they may have.
  Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and in good working order.
  Record and process images, maintain patient records, and adhere to all patient confidentiality protocols.
  Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide timely and accurate diagnostic information to aid in patient care.

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited ultrasound program and hold current ARDMS certification.
  At least 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
  Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
  Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and patient confidentiality.
  Must be able to work flexible hours and be available for on-call duty as needed.
