Qualifications:

• Compact LPN license, or current and valid LPN license in WA.
• Graduation from an accredited LPN program.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Current AHA HCP BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and within the scope of LPN practice.
• Monitor patient vital signs, record observations, and report any significant changes to the nursing team.
• Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans.
• Collaborate with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
