MLR is actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client’s Emergency Room (ER) team. In this dynamic environment, you will be essential in providing life-saving care to patients experiencing critical medical emergencies.

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse:

• Deliver outstanding care by assessing, planning, and implementing customized treatments for ER patients.
• Perform efficient and precise triage, prioritizing cases based on their medical urgency.
• Work closely with physicians, nurses, and the healthcare team to ensure smooth coordination of patient care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions, modifying care plans according to patient responses.
• Keep detailed documentation to ensure continuity of care and effective communication among the team.
• Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and follow-up care instructions.

RN Qualifications:

• A valid RN license is required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are essential.
• Prior experience in an ER setting is preferred.
