Find Meaning in the Mountains: Medical Technologist (MT) Opportunity in the Inland Northwest

There’s something special about this corner of the country — where rivers carve through the city, pine trees stretch toward the sky, and each season paints a different picture. Life here feels balanced. Grounded. And if you’re someone who finds purpose in the quiet rhythm of lab work — the kind that directly supports patient care behind the scenes — this might be exactly where you’re meant to be.

We’re looking for a Medical Technologist (MT) who’s ready to do more than just clock in and out. Someone who wants to be part of a hospital-based lab team that values teamwork, precision, and progress. This is a place where your ideas matter, your growth is supported, and your work makes a real impact — not just on patient outcomes, but on the people you work with every day.

In this role, you’ll perform and interpret complex diagnostic tests, maintain and troubleshoot modern lab instruments, and collaborate closely with providers to ensure timely and accurate clinical decisions. You’ll play a critical role in keeping quality control standards high and documentation seamless. If you enjoy helping others grow, there’s also the opportunity to support and mentor newer lab staff as they build their own skills and confidence.

What makes someone a great fit here? A bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Lab Science, or a related field is a must, along with national certification through ASCP (or eligibility to obtain it). You should have a strong grasp of clinical lab procedures and safety standards, a knack for accuracy and organization, and the kind of interpersonal skills that make for great teamwork. Being comfortable with lab software and digital reporting tools is also important — we work in a fast-paced environment where clarity and efficiency matter.

But this isn’t just about the work. It’s about the setting too — a region that wraps you in natural beauty and invites you outside year-round. Here in the Inland Northwest, you’ll find hiking trails, river walks, ski slopes, and a vibrant arts scene just minutes from the lab. It’s a rare blend of urban charm and alpine escape, with a community that’s as welcoming as the landscape.

If you're looking for more than a job — if you're looking for purpose, people, and a place that feels like home — we’d love to meet you. Apply today and let’s build something meaningful together.
