We are looking for a committed CT/X-Ray Technologist to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals, where we emphasize patient care and professional development. Our client is offering cross-training opportunities for X-Ray Technologists to learn and work in CT.
In this role, you'll conduct various imaging procedures, including CT and X-Ray, as needed, and ensure patient safety protocols are followed. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them in achieving their imaging needs successfully.
Certifications/Licenses
- Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology.
- State licensure that permits them to perform diagnostic CT exams and documented training on the provision of diagnostic CT exams.
- Registration and certification in radiography by ARRT and documented training on the provision of diagnostic CT exams.
- Certification in nuclear medicine technology by ARRT or NMTCB and documented training on the provision of diagnostic CT exams.
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
Required Experience:
- One (1) year of radiologic/imaging experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of general anatomy, physiology and medical terminology.
- Must be certified in CT registry within one year of hire.
- Possesses a high level of knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy.
- Proficiency with most major CT/X-Ray equipment manufacturer's hardware and software (GE, Siemens, Toshiba)
