What the work involves:

• We are hiring for two full-time positions: one regular status position and one limited-term position for a six-month duration, which includes benefits.
• Required Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business or related degree, or equivalent experience.
• At least five (5) years of Human Resources and Labor Relations experience. Demonstrated knowledge of, and skill applying, local state, and federal laws.
• Master's degree in business or related field.
• Experience working in a large, complex healthcare organization and/or growing research operation.
