Day shift:

Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) looking to make a meaningful impact on patient care?

Responsibilities:

• Assess the nursing care needs of a defined group of patients using the nursing process and nursing diagnosis.
• Develop individualized care plans and collaborate with patients and families to set health care goals.
• Prioritize patient care based on essential needs and available resources.
• Safely and competently provide nursing interventions, ensuring patient and family education and communication.
• Provide ongoing evaluation of patient response to care and adapt the care plan accordingly.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the physiologic and psychological effects of normal aging.

Qualifications: Basic Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Registered Nurse License (Washington) required at hire.
• Basic Life Support certification required at hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required at hire.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months of hire.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Must have ED or Urgent Care
