Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration:

• Current and unrestricted WA State PT or OT License.
• BLS Certification required within 3 months of hire.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Four years of professional-level experience; inpatient and outpatient experience preferred.
• Business/program development experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Manage therapy and fitness services, ensuring quality patient-centered care and efficient operations.
• Identify needs and opportunities for therapy and fitness programming to support the district’s mission and vision.
• Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing assessment of clinical services and programs.
• Optimize the use of therapy and gym space for patient care and fitness services.
• Actively promote therapy & Fitness Services through marketing plans and materials.
• Develop comprehensive business plans, forecasts, and models.
• Engage with internal and external partners to advance the SPMC mission and vision.
