What the work involves:

• Required Education and Experience
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Prior experience in a pediatric related health care setting, or a specific area of nursing, may be required for specific departments.
• Experience in care coordination, including RN Coordinator, Nurse Navigator, Care Manager or Charge Nurse roles.
• Experience developing and implementing clinical programs and process improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and collaborate across disciplines.
