What the work involves:

• In this role, you will collaborate with diverse, multidisciplinary research teams across the organization to successfully implement, manage, and complete groundbreaking clinical drug and device research trials.
• Trial Management: Organize protocol implementations, coordinate site initiation visits, and conduct routine monitoring of ongoing clinical studies.
• Regulatory Compliance: Create, update, and maintain comprehensive regulatory documentation.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all research projects are strictly conducted in compliance with federal regulations, institutional policies, departmental guidelines, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.
• Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between surgical investigators, research teams, and institutional stakeholders.
• A detail-oriented professional with a passion for pediatric healthcare and surgical innovation.
