MLee Healthcare is seeking a qualified candidate for a Director of TMG Operations opportunity in Washington.

Director of TMG Operations - Responsibilities:

• Ensures that all assigned practices and functional areas provide services in an effective, high quality, timely, and cost-effective manner.
• Ensures that all assigned practices and functional areas meet, maintain, and document compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, professional, and accrediting organization requirements.
• Ensures the quality, accuracy, timeliness, and availability of pertinent administrative and management information.
• Provides information and general policy guidance for decisions.
• Provides leadership in developing, planning, and implementing the practices' business plans.
• Develops and implements specific growth strategies relative to practices.
• Develops and maintains effective relations with independent medical staff, payers, employers, patients, and general community.

Qualifications for the Director of TMG Operations:

Education:

• Master's degree in Administration preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree required

Experience:

• 3+ years of relevant job experience
• Experience in a hospital setting preferred

• Proven leadership and performance improvement skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
• Solution-focused issue identification and problem-solving capabilities.
