Charge Nurse - Full Time
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Charge Nurse.
Shift Details: Full time 3x12-hour shifts
Day shift and night shift available
Position Overview:
Relocation near Yellowstone needed. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the night operations of our healthcare facility. This leadership position requires a seasoned RN with strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering superior patient care.
Leadership:
Provide effective leadership and direction to the nursing staff during their shift.
Patient Care: ** Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
Supervision: ** Supervise and mentor nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Clinical Expertise: ** Utilize your clinical expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Communication: ** Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, patients, and families to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
Problem Solving: ** Address and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the night shift.
Documentation: ** Maintain accurate and complete patient records and reports.
Qualifications:
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
BLS and ACLS certification.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in nursing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
