ARRT MRI Technologist
MLR is seeking a skilled and dedicated MRI Technologist to join our client’s prestigious hospital team near Seattle, Washington!
MRI Technologist - Key Responsibilities:
- Operate MRI machines to conduct high-quality diagnostic imaging, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Review medical orders and patient histories to ensure accurate and effective imaging procedures.
- Maintain thorough documentation of imaging results and patient data within the hospital’s electronic records system.
- Provide clear instructions and reassurance to patients throughout procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines to minimize risks and maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist with routine maintenance and troubleshooting of MRI equipment to guarantee optimal operation.
MRI Technologist Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited Radiology Program is required.
- Active Washington Radiologic Technologist license is mandatory.
- Certification by ARRT in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is required.
- 1-2 years of experience performing MRI procedures is preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
