Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, compassionate, and effective care to med-surg patients
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient treatment
• Assess, monitor, and document patient progress accurately and timely
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up care
• Maintain high standards of clinical excellence and regulatory compliance

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington (or eligibility to obtain)
• Minimum of 3 years of recent med-surg nursing experience preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
• Commitment to patient safety, teamwork, and continuous professional development
• Outstanding new graduate RNs will be considered
