Respiratory Therapist - Fulltime
Responsibilities:
- Provide respiratory care to patients across all age groups, including newborns, pediatrics, and adults.
- Assist in C-sections and high-risk deliveries, ensuring proper respiratory support for newborns.
- Administer and monitor oxygen therapy, ventilators, nebulizers, and other respiratory treatments.
- Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis and adjust treatments accordingly.
- Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and home care needs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Available to work a day shift and participate in on-call rotations as needed.
Role Qualifications:
- RRT or CRT certification is required.
- Washington State Respiratory Therapist license.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification is preferred.
- Experience in critical care, NICU, or labor and delivery is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
