Position Overview:

Join our forward-thinking, patient-focused team as an Outpatient Physical Therapist and make a significant impact on patient health and well-being. What You'll Do:

• Conduct Comprehensive Evaluations: Assess patient conditions to determine effective physical therapy diagnoses and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement Treatment Plans: Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques—including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities—to support patient recovery and enhance their quality of life.
• Educate and Empower: Guide patients and their families through treatment plans, home exercise programs, and strategies for maintaining progress independently.
• Monitor and Adjust: Track patient progress meticulously, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated, holistic care, and stay updated with the latest advancements in physical therapy to incorporate evidence-based practices.

Qualifications: 

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program (required). 
• Licensure: Current or pending state licensure (required).
