Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT)

 

We have been engaged by one of our clients in the region to help recruit Respiratory Therapists for their growing team. Join their dynamic and innovative healthcare team as we strive to improve the lives of our client's patients and provide top-quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with respiratory conditions including but not limited to COPD, asthma, and pneumonia.
• Administer various respiratory therapies such as oxygen therapy, bronchodilator therapy, and mechanical ventilation.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on respiratory health management and home care techniques.
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to respiratory interventions and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid license as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of respiratory anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
