Role Overview:
Seeking a compassionate registered nurse (RN) to orchestrate, synchronize, and execute patient care tailored to the diverse age groups within our Family Birthing Center. The RN's mission is to ensure the delivery of high-quality care in an effective and secure manner, aligning with departmental care standards. Our ideal candidate exhibits performance in harmony with the unit's mission, philosophy, and goals, showcasing adaptability to evolving systems. Demonstrating excellence in work habits and clinical practices, they treat our esteemed colleagues, physicians, patients, and families with utmost consideration and respect.
Essential Criteria:
- Current Washington State RN Licensure.
- Current AHA HCP (BLS) certification.
- NRP certification is mandatory.
- ACLS & PALS certifications to be acquired within 60 days of hire.
- Willingness to work and undergo training in Labor & Delivery and Special Care nursery.
- Preferred: Relevant experience in the field.

Compensation Range: $40.01 - $74.17
Sign-on Incentives:
- Sign-on bonus available for candidates with 2 years or more of experience.
- $15,000 sign-on bonus for RNs with 2-3 years of Obstetrics (OB) experience.
- $25,000 sign-on bonus for RNs with 3+ years of OB experience.
- Pro-rated for part-time positions.
