Where Nursing Meets Nature: Bring Your Heart to the Foothills of Western Washington
Somewhere between the scent of fresh pine in the morning air and the quiet strength of a team that shows up for one another, there’s a place where nursing feels like it’s meant to. Where your clinical skills are valued, your growth is supported, and your life outside of work matters just as much as the hours you spend in scrubs.
Here, nestled among the forests and lakes of western Washington—just far enough from the city to breathe, but close enough to stay connected—we’re looking for a Registered Nurse who wants more than just a paycheck. We’re looking for someone who wants purpose, community, and a chance to make a difference every single day.
The Heart of the Work: Why Your Role Matters
As a Registered Nurse, your days will be filled with moments both big and small—the kind that often go unseen but never go unfelt. You’ll assess, monitor, advocate, and educate. You’ll bring comfort to anxious families, clarity to complex care plans, and expert judgment when it matters most. Whether you’re supporting patients post-surgery, managing chronic conditions, or coordinating with specialists for discharge planning, you’ll be the trusted connection between patients and their healing.
This is a place where your autonomy is respected, your voice is heard, and your insight makes a difference. You won’t just follow orders—you’ll help shape care, solve problems, and support the entire continuum of recovery. We believe great nurses don’t just treat symptoms. They build trust, listen deeply, and bring a human touch to even the most clinical of moments.
More Than a Team — A Second Family
Walk through the hallways here and you’ll notice something: people look up when you pass. They say hello. They offer help before you ask. This isn’t just a workplace—it’s a community, built on mutual respect and shared mission. You’ll collaborate with physicians, case managers, aides, and specialists who understand that patient care works best when it’s seamless and team-based.
Our leadership isn’t hidden behind office doors. They round with you. They ask for your input. They invest in your ideas. Whether you’re early in your nursing journey or bringing years of experience, you’ll be surrounded by mentors, allies, and peers who want to see you thrive.
Life Beyond the Shift: Rooted in the Pacific Northwest
When the day winds down and the scrubs come off, you’ll step into a region that feels like it was designed for restoration. Just beyond your doorstep, trails wind through evergreen forests. Lakes sparkle under open skies. A short drive can take you to the base of a mountain, a hidden coffee shop, or a farmstand overflowing with seasonal produce.
This is a place where the rhythm of life slows enough to notice what matters: impromptu dinners with neighbors, weekend hikes with your dog, quiet mornings with a thermos of coffee and a view of Mount Rainier in the distance. The community here is family-friendly, grounded in military tradition, and filled with people who value connection—whether they were born here or chose to stay after discovering its charm.
You won’t just live here. You’ll belong here.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a Registered Nurse with an active RN license, a strong sense of accountability, and a deep respect for patient dignity. You might have experience in med-surg, telemetry, outpatient care, or another specialty—but more than anything, you bring heart, adaptability, and a desire to keep learning.
You know how to prioritize when the pace picks up. You collaborate well with others but can hold your own in critical situations. You speak with compassion, chart with accuracy, and never lose sight of the person behind the patient.
If you’re certified in BLS, ACLS, or PALS, or if you’re working toward advanced credentials, even better—we’ll support you on that journey. And if you’re a new graduate? You’ll find patient preceptors and structured training programs here to guide you with care.
Support You Can Count On
We know that taking care of others starts with being taken care of yourself. That’s why we offer a competitive salary, along with comprehensive health insurance (including medical, dental, and vision), generous PTO, and a 401(k) with employer match. We also provide tuition assistance and ongoing professional development, because we want your career to grow along with your confidence.
From wellness programs to employee recognition initiatives, we’re continually investing in ways to support not just your performance, but your whole self.
Come Build Something Beautiful With Us
Maybe you’ve been waiting for the right reason to make a move. Maybe you’re looking for a place where you can be both a nurse and a neighbor. Or maybe you’re just hoping to feel proud when you hang up your badge at the end of the day.
Whatever brought you here, we’re glad it did.
