Occupational Therapist – Find Purpose in Washington’s Wine Country with Small-Town Warmth
Surrounded by golden wheat fields, rolling vineyards, and tree-lined streets that glow in every season, there’s a town in southeastern Washington where life feels both peaceful and full of possibility. Known for its world-class wineries, vibrant arts scene, and welcoming spirit, this corner of the state offers more than just charm—it offers a chance to do meaningful work in a place that feels like home.
We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist who’s ready to bring both skill and heart to a role that truly matters. You’ll have the freedom and support to design personalized therapy plans, help patients regain independence, and work closely with a close-knit team that values thoughtful, collaborative care. Whether you're restoring motor function, guiding families through the recovery journey, or adjusting care plans based on patient progress, your work will make a daily impact in real and lasting ways.
You’ll need an active OTR/L license and NBCOT certification, and while experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting is appreciated, we’re just as excited to meet new grads who are eager to learn, grow, and serve. What’s most important is your ability to connect—with patients, families, and your fellow caregivers—and your commitment to showing up with compassion every single day.
Outside of work, you’ll find a lifestyle that’s truly special. This community offers quiet mornings, a walkable downtown filled with local shops and cafes, and weekend outings that could mean wine tastings, hiking in the nearby Blue Mountains, or strolling through seasonal festivals. There’s a strong sense of pride here—people love where they live, and it shows in every smile, every wave, every welcoming front porch.
If you’re looking for a role where you’ll be supported, challenged, and appreciated—and a place where your life outside of work is just as fulfilling—we’d love to welcome you. Come join a team that values connection, purpose, and the power of care.
