Attention Registered Nurses! A leading medical center is seeking a highly experienced and skilled House Supervisor to join our team. As the House Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

$20k Sign-on
(One) Day Shift
(One) Weekend Night Shift

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising and mentoring nursing staff
• Coordinating patient care and managing staff schedules
• Ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures
• Responding to emergencies and providing leadership during critical situations
• Collaborating with other departments and healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes

The ideal candidate will have:

• Active RN license in good standing
• ADN Required - BSN Preferred
• 1 Year of Emergency Dept. Experience
• 3+ years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
