A community-based hospital has engaged MLee Healthcare to recruit a Director of Respiratory Therapist to join their team in the Eastern Washington Area.We seek licensed, well-skilled, highly productive team players to work with their program.

Top 3 Objectives- Highly skilled, ICU background, flexible scheduling, versatile with computer programs
Responsibilities:
- Performs assessment/data collection in an ongoing systematic manner, focusing on psychological and cognitive status.
- Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of oxygen concentrations and medication doses as they relate to patients of varying ages,
including neonate, pediatric, adolescent and geriatric patients. - Formulates a goal directed plan of care which is prioritized and based on determined nursing diagnosis and patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care.
- Experience: New Grads accepted. Acute care experience preferred.
- Must maintain a valid Certificate to Practice Respiratory Care issued by Washington Medical Board.
- Current AHA BLS Certification
- 1-3 year of experience is preferred managerial or supervisor
- Preferred WA RRT License Required
