Care With Heart in the Inland Northwest: Where Your Calling Meets Community
There’s a kind of nursing that doesn’t just happen in exam rooms or hospital wings. It happens in the quiet moments between heartbeats—in a reassuring hand, a well-timed smile, or the calm in your voice when answers are hard to hear. That’s the kind of care we believe in here, where pine forests stretch to the horizon and the air carries the scent of seasons changing.
We’re looking for a Registered Nurse who’s ready for more than just a job. We’re looking for someone who wants to feel rooted—in their role, in their team, and in the place they call home. Tucked in the northeastern corner of Washington State, just west of the Idaho border, you’ll find a community where compassion runs deep, the pace of life is intentional, and your work makes a lasting difference.
Where Your Role Isn’t Just Vital — It’s Personal
As a Registered Nurse, you’ll step into a role where clinical excellence meets real human connection. You’ll care for patients across a spectrum of needs—managing chronic conditions, coordinating treatment plans, responding to changes in status, and walking patients and families through the uncertainty of illness with skill and grace.
Whether you’re easing pain post-surgery, prepping someone for discharge, or simply offering a listening ear when the day has been hard—you’ll be the through line in someone’s journey back to health. You won’t just carry out a plan. You’ll shape it. You’ll be trusted for your judgment, valued for your intuition, and appreciated for the warmth you bring to every room you enter.
Every day will bring a mix of fast-paced care and quiet advocacy. And you’ll never do it alone.
A Team That Feels Like a Circle of Support
Here, collaboration isn’t just a buzzword—it’s our rhythm. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with physicians, techs, case managers, and specialists who treat each other like equals and show up when it counts. Our nurses are leaders, educators, and problem solvers—and they’re backed by a leadership team that listens and invests in growth.
Whether you’re new to nursing or decades in, you’ll be supported in ways that matter: mentorship, clinical development, work-life balance, and the deep satisfaction that comes from being seen and valued in your role.
You won’t just be joining a team. You’ll be joining a culture built on trust, respect, and the shared belief that care is sacred.
A City That Balances Wild Beauty and Urban Soul
Beyond the hospital doors, the world you’ll step into is pure Pacific Northwest magic. Set against the backdrop of the Kirkland River and framed by rolling hills and evergreen forests, this region is alive with contrast. Here, you can kayak through whitewater rapids in the morning and stroll past downtown art galleries in the evening. Bike along sun-dappled trails, sip craft coffee in historic brick cafés, or explore farmer’s markets that buzz with local flavor.
Four distinct seasons bring their own charm—blazing fall foliage, powdery winter slopes, soft spring blooms, and sun-drenched summer hikes. There’s space to breathe, room to roam, and a refreshing sense that life happens at just the right speed.
In this city, you’ll find a rare kind of balance: a growing urban center with the soul of a small town, where people still wave hello and your barista probably remembers your name. It’s a place where nurses are respected—and where community truly means something.
Who We’re Hoping to Meet
You’re a Registered Nurse with an active Washington RN license and a heart for compassionate, high-quality care. You might have experience in med-surg, acute care, outpatient services, or something in between—but above all, you bring clarity, calm, and confidence to the people who count on you.
You’re certified in BLS, and if you also hold ACLS, PALS, or specialty training, we’ll put those skills to good use. Maybe you’re a seasoned nurse looking for a new setting, or maybe you’re just starting out—we welcome both fresh enthusiasm and the wisdom of experience.
What matters most is that you bring empathy, critical thinking, and the kind of teamwork that lifts everyone around you. You believe in patient dignity, transparent communication, and showing up—fully—for every person who walks through the door.
Support for Your Work and Your Life
We know that when you care for others, you need to be cared for, too. That’s why we offer a competitive salary, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, and generous PTO that encourages real rest and reconnection.
You’ll also have access to retirement benefits, tuition assistance, and professional development resources, because your growth matters to us. From certification support to continuing education opportunities, we’re here to make sure your career evolves alongside your calling.
Because here, we don’t just want you to stay. We want you to thrive.
Answer the Call to Something More
This isn’t just another nursing job. It’s a place where your work will feel real, your relationships will run deep, and your surroundings will inspire you every single day.
