What You’ll Be Doing:

As part of our respiratory care team, you’ll work closely with patients across all acuity levels. From routine treatments to acute care and ventilator management, your work will directly support healing and recovery. You’ll also play a role in patient education — helping folks understand and manage chronic respiratory issues with confidence and clarity.

And whether you’re new to the field or seasoned in your practice, you’ll be welcomed into a collaborative team that respects what you bring to the table.

What We’re Looking For:

You’ll need an associate’s degree in Respiratory Therapy, current or pending Washington state licensure, and NBRC certification (CRT or RRT). Beyond that, we value strong communication, clinical confidence, and a calm, thoughtful approach to patient care.

If you’re still early in your career, we’ll support you with mentoring and training. If you’re more experienced, we’ll count on your insight and leadership. Either way — you’ll grow here.
