Job Description:

 

As a Physical Therapist, you will assess, plan, and implement physical therapy programs for patients with various physical conditions, illnesses, and injuries.

 

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current Washington state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for helping patients improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and evidence-based practices.
  • Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other interventions.
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercises, and preventative measures.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques.
