Responsibilities of an X-Ray/CT Technologist:
 

• Perform X-ray examinations on patients using radiographic equipment to produce high-quality images of specified body parts.
• Conduct CT scans to generate detailed cross-sectional images of patients' anatomy for diagnostic purposes.
• Position patients correctly and accurately adjust equipment settings to obtain optimal images while minimizing radiation exposure.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other medical staff to review imaging results, provide preliminary interpretations, and assist in patient care.

Qualifications of an X-Ray/CT Technologist:
 

• Certification as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or equivalent credential.
• Additional certification in Computed Tomography (CT) imaging preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an X-ray/CT Technologist in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Proficiency in performing both X-ray and CT procedures with knowledge of relevant equipment and software.
