We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified individual for the position of:

Physical Therapist

Primary Scheduled Hours: 80 hours per pay period - Day shift

Job Summary:

As a Physical Therapist, you'll be responsible for evaluation, planning, directing, and administering physical therapy modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician. Your role will involve coordinating and supervising supportive staff, participating in operational aspects of the department, and contributing to performance improvement and CQI activities.

Education Background and Experience:

  • Minimum Education: Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy or accredited college/university with a certificate in Physical Therapy.
  • Required Licensure / Certifications: Current State Physical Therapy Licensure.
  • Required Experience: One or more years of previous experience in all aspects of physical therapy is preferred. This position is open to new graduates.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Knowledge of physical medicine, physical therapy modalities, anatomy, and physiology.
  • Direction of the Physical Therapy Department certified staff.
  • Ability to evaluate a patient’s condition and devise an individualized physical rehabilitation and treatment plan.
  • Perform assessments on patients of all age groups.

Compensation/How We Care For You:

Successful candidates typically begin between the beginning and midpoint of the compensation range ($37.78/ $44.50/hour), depending on qualifications/experience, and receive compensation increment increases annually.
