Help Patients Reclaim Their Mobility in a Place That Moves at the Perfect Pace

If you’re a licensed Physical Therapist looking for more than just a job — if you're looking for a role that lets you change lives while growing in your own career — this might be just the place for you. Here, you’ll join a team of compassionate, driven rehabilitation professionals who care deeply about their patients and one another. Whether you're experienced in the field or a recent DPT grad ready to dive in, you’ll find an environment that welcomes your ideas, supports your development, and celebrates your wins.

From your first day, you’ll be part of something meaningful. You’ll work closely with patients recovering from injuries, illness, or surgery — helping them regain strength, confidence, and independence one step at a time. You’ll tailor treatment plans to individual goals, collaborate with physicians and care teams, and guide families through home routines and lifestyle changes that extend the healing beyond our doors. Most importantly, you’ll have the time and support to truly connect with the people you treat.

What You’ll Experience Each Day

As a full-time Physical Therapist, your days will be filled with personalized assessments, hands-on interventions, and movement-driven recovery. You’ll lead patients through progressive treatment sessions — whether it’s through manual therapy, mobility training, or strengthening exercises — and you’ll constantly evaluate and adjust your approach based on their progress and feedback. You’ll educate patients and caregivers along the way, equipping them with the knowledge and tools they need to prevent future setbacks and maintain lasting wellness. Throughout all of this, you’ll have the support of a multidisciplinary team that works in harmony toward the same goal: exceptional, patient-centered care.

Why This Opportunity — and This Community — Are Different

This is a workplace where your ideas are heard, your efforts are recognized, and your career can flourish. We foster growth, encourage innovation, and offer opportunities to expand your expertise through continuing education and leadership pathways. Our team culture is collaborative, empowering, and refreshingly low on ego — the kind of place where people pitch in, laugh often, and truly have each other’s backs.

And the location? It's something special. Nestled in the forested hills of southern Virginia, this town blends scenic beauty with intellectual energy. Riverfront trails and mountain hikes are minutes away, while local festivals, historic architecture, and a strong university presence add texture to everyday life. It’s a place where you can enjoy all four seasons, find a cozy coffee shop on your morning walk, and still make it to the farmer’s market before lunch. It’s calm, it’s connected, and it just feels right.

Bring Your Expertise, We’ll Bring the Support

We’re looking for someone with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent, and an active PT license in Virginia. Experience in an outpatient or clinical setting is appreciated, though not required. If you’re certified in orthopedics, geriatrics, or another specialty — that’s a bonus. What we really need is someone with a sharp clinical mind, a steady presence, and a heart for the kind of work that changes lives, one patient at a time.

Let’s Start Something That Matters

If you're ready to put your passion to work in a setting that supports your growth and values your impact, we’d love to connect. Apply today and bring your drive, your compassion, and your talent to a place where both your career and your patients can thrive.
