What You’ll Be Doing: As an MLT, you’ll play a key role in supporting patient care. You’ll collect, process, and analyze biological samples, including blood, urine, and tissue. You’ll operate and maintain state-of-the-art laboratory equipment, ensuring your test results are accurate and reliable. Every day, you’ll perform routine tests to help healthcare providers diagnose and treat patients, and you’ll ensure that all findings are documented and reported promptly.

In addition to maintaining a compliant and safe laboratory environment, you’ll also ensure that you’re adhering to all regulatory guidelines, keeping patient confidentiality at the forefront of everything you do.

What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for candidates with an associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Laboratory Technology, Biology, or a related field. If you're a recent graduate or nearing the end of your MLT program, we’d love to hear from you! Certification through ASCP, AMT, or a similar certifying organization is preferred, but we’re happy to support you as you work towards it.

We value attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work well within a team. Communication skills and comfort with computers for lab reporting and data entry are also key.
