What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT), your job is to provide high-quality respiratory care to patients in need. You’ll manage ventilators, administer life-saving treatments, and conduct routine assessments—all while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

What We’re Looking For:

• Associate’s degree in Respiratory Therapy (or higher)
• CRT or RRT certification and valid Virginia state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and provide exceptional care
• Great communication skills and a collaborative attitude
