Overview of the Role

Education and Experience Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
- Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred
Certification Requirements
- Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent is required
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
